Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily operations, maintenance, and repair activities across projects.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of short- and long-term preventive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate and organize daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee maintenance and finishing works to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams across multiple trades and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Monitor progress and report on operational and maintenance activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance, and repair works, including finishing works.
  • Experience working on large-scale buildings and complexes.
  • Good knowledge of preventive maintenance planning (short- and long-term).
  • Solid understanding of multiple technical trades.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
