Key Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare various hot and cold drinks including espresso-based beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations based on preferences.
  • Point of Sale: Handle cash and credit card transactions effectively.
  • Maintaining the Work Area: Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean and organized.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and place supply orders as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve pastries and other items if applicable.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
  • Training: Train new employees on equipment and drink preparation when needed.
