About the Role
The role aims to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. This position supports the finance lead in all training and development activities to develop best-in-class finance professionals and assists in developing their finance team. The role also supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large volume of complex financial information from various sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues in collaboration with others.
  • Proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
  • Help develop problem-solving skills among direct reports and other team members.
  • Take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all requirements for team responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of management, hotels & owners.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of drafting experience in engineering consultancy or large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience working on mixed-use or major developments in KSA or GCC preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage.
