The goal of this job is to achieve sales of the company's real estate units by attracting customers and building long-term relationships with them, and providing suitable real estate solutions that meet their needs, which contributes to increasing revenues, enhancing market share, and the company's reputation in the real estate market.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling real estate units (residential / commercial) according to approved plans.
- Receiving customer inquiries, analyzing their needs, and providing suitable offers.
- Conducting field tours of real estate units and explaining the advantages, prices, and terms of sale.
- Negotiating with customers and closing deals according to approved policies.
- Following up on potential customers and converting them into actual customers.
- Updating customer and deal data on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Coordinating with relevant departments (finance, legal, marketing) to complete sales transactions.
- Following up on contracting procedures and ensuring the completion of required documents.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Preparing periodic reports on sales, market movement, and competitors.
- Complying with the regulations and instructions governing real estate activity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in the real estate sales field.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and related regulations.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
