General Requirements:

• The applicant must have a degree specific to the specialty they are applying for from Saudi universities or universities recommended by the Ministry of Education (proof of equivalency required).
• Extension of the specialty is needed for lecturer and faculty positions.
• Grade of "Good" or higher in the bachelor's degree.
• All university qualifications must be full-time.
• Must pass a personal interview.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English (Applied linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, linguistics, English Literature) with at least two years of experience in education or training.
• Bachelor's degree in English language holders can apply with CELTA certification and at least five years of experience.

Experience:

• Two years of experience for applicants with a Master's degree.
• Five years of experience for applicants with a bachelor's degree.

• Confidence and skills to give motivating lessons.
• Developing teaching materials and assessments.
