The Account Manager Role

FalconEye Marketing Agency is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating internal efforts to meet their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily communication and serve as the primary liaison with clients.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal creative, digital, and branding teams.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Ability to work comfortably on-site in a collaborative team environment and engage with clients in person.
• Prior experience in an agency setting or with sports-related or personal branding projects is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory client interactions.
