About the Role

شركة قادة البناء الحديث is seeking an Architect to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position involves designing new buildings, additions, and modifications to existing structures, as well as providing expertise on the restoration and preservation of historical properties. The role also includes assisting in site selection and overseeing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing designs for construction projects and managing the design team in material selection and specification development.
• Preparing scale models, drawings, and digital models to represent project designs.
• Assisting in the selection of contractors and materials for projects.
• Providing support throughout construction projects and overseeing the contractor's implementation of designs.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports for works and engineering projects, detailing progress, presentation, clarification, and database management according to approved policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements

Candidates are expected to have between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in architecture and construction projects. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage design implementation and construction supervision.
