المسؤوليات:
  • دعم الشيف الرئيسي في إعداد الأطباق وتحضير المكونات.
  • المساعدة في تطوير وصفات جديدة وبالتالي تعزيز تجربة الزبائن.
  • مراقبة جودة المكونات وضمان الصحة والسلامة الغذائية.
  • تنظيف وتعقيم أدوات المطبخ للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
  • إدارة المخزون والتأكد من توفر المكونات المطلوبة.
  • تعلم تقنيات جديدة من الشيف الرئيسي لتحسين المهارات الشخصية.
المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات الطهي الأساسية والمتقدمة.
  • قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
  • مهارات التواصل الفعالة مع الفريق.
  • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ السلامة الغذائية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل لضمان جودة الأطباق المقدمة.
