About Al-Khaleej Computers & Electronic Systems
Al-Khaleej Computers & Electronic Systems is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to our efforts in analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions for software and digital systems development.
Role Purpose and Overview
The Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The primary focus of this position is to understand complex business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate their transformation into clear functional and technical specifications that drive our digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and meticulously document both business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to identify and propose system improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
- Translate identified business needs into precise functional and technical specifications for development.
- Support the entire software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation phases.
- Analyze system data and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting to support decision-making.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that all solutions meet defined business requirements accurately.
- Participate actively in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing processes.
- Prepare essential documentation, reports, and presentations related to system enhancements and requirements.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong technical foundation and a proven ability to bridge the communication and understanding gap between business objectives and technical execution.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of programming concepts, database systems, and various software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and system integration projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams.
