Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Lead and supervise daily operations in the housekeeping department.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Participate actively in daily meetings with the team.
• Oversee room attendants and ensure they are informed of daily priorities.
• Report maintenance issues and comply with safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (verbal & written) is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within hotel housekeeping.
• Proven training skills and experience with Hotel Property Management System is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.

Physical Aspects:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate work duties to Team Members.
• Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
• Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors routinely.
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects.
• Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure adherence to required standards.
• Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service, including special requirements.
• Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
• A successful track record of managing a team.
