Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the organization's adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a culture of integrity.

The Role of Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's compliance activities. This involves ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and governance requirements. The role focuses on maintaining an effective compliance framework, monitoring regulatory obligations, and mitigating potential compliance risks, while promoting ethical business conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s compliance framework, policies, procedures, and monitoring programs.
• Identify, track, and maintain a register of applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, certificates, and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance risk assessments and mitigation plans.

Regulatory Oversight and Reporting

• Review and communicate regulatory changes, ensuring the implementation of required actions.
• Follow up on compliance findings, action plans, and regulatory commitments to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards for management and relevant committees.
• Support the maintenance of company licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Escalate significant compliance breaches and high-risk issues to management.
• Support the Chief Audit & Compliance Executive in reporting compliance matters to senior management and relevant committees.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and other assurance functions to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance oversight.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in compliance management within a corporate environment. This role requires a professional with demonstrable experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks and managing regulatory adherence.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in compliance is required.
