Join Napco National as a Customer Service Senior Officer!

As a vital member of our team, you will coordinate daily operations with other senior officers to enhance the efficiency of our goods' daily shipments. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving, reviewing, and approving all credit notes while specifying reasons for returns.
  • Processing invoices signed by customers and managing their archival.
  • Fostering the learning and growth of team members through tailored career development plans and comprehensive training sessions.
  • Coordinating with the CLD to secure necessary vehicles for delivery, while preparing related documentation prior to dispatching orders.
  • Managing backorders and notifying the CSD Manager regarding any related shortages.
