About the Document Controller Role

Baraka Investment is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of project documentation. The role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to information management.

Core Responsibilities

The Document Controller will be responsible for establishing and managing comprehensive document control systems, procedures, and workflows that align with project requirements. This includes the meticulous handling of all project documents and correspondence from receipt through registration, distribution, and tracking. Ensuring proper version control, classification, and secure archiving are key to maintaining accuracy and traceability throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in document management. The ideal applicant will have between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration or Information Management, is required. Professional certifications in Document Control or ISO 9001 (Document Management) are highly valued.

Work Location and Type
