About the Role

Jeddah Transport Company (شركة مواصلات جدة) is seeking an Enterprise Data & AI Solutions Senior Manager. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and management of integrated enterprise applications and data platforms to support JTC’s operations and strategic objectives. The Senior Manager will ensure the development of scalable systems and the provision of high-quality data, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to enhance business efficiency, innovation, and decision-making.

Enterprise Application Management

• Design and manage enterprise applications that support JTC’s core operations and enabling functions.
• Ensure seamless system integration and scalability across platforms, aligning with JTC’s enterprise architecture.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of information systems, including the approval of functional and technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise systems, continuously improving functionality, performance, and user experience.

Data Platform and Analytics Leadership

• Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization through the implementation of analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools.
• Integrate data effectively across various internal systems and divisions, including third-party platforms.
• Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance analytics, automate processes, and improve overall decision-making.

Data Governance and Optimization

• Lead technical data governance implementation initiatives in compliance with NDMO and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ensure high data quality, integrity, and effective lifecycle management across all enterprise systems.
• Continuously optimize data and system capabilities to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise application management, data platform development, and AI solutions implementation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, at Jeddah Transport Company (شركة مواصلات جدة).
