Your Role:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Jeddah, reporting to the Head of Finance. This role is crucial in managing overhead budgets, supporting financial governance, and strengthening working capital performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance while contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual overhead budget planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic targets.
  • Monitor actual spending versus budget and manage revisions through analysis of variances.
  • Support stock management and financial flows in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Lead the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, ensuring timely submissions and issue resolution.
  • Participate in Balance Sheet reviews and propose actionable measures to improve cash flow.
  • Assist in preparing management reports and dashboards.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • KSA National with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/FP&A preferably within FMCG.
  • Professional certifications (CMA/ACCA/CPA) are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting frameworks, and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems, analytical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively.
