We are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to lead our financial department and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. This role is vital for enabling strategic decision-making through clear financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    Prepare annual budgets and monitor their implementation. Analyze financial performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    Supervise preparation of financial statements in compliance with approved standards. Ensure timely and accurate reporting while monitoring regulatory standards.
  • Cash & Financing Management:
    Manage cash flow and liquidity. Oversee bank accounts and improve working capital efficiency.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with local Zakat and tax laws. Develop financial policies to strengthen internal controls.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    Lead and enhance team capabilities, distribute tasks effectively, and foster a productive working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA/SOCPA certifications preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience with leadership roles in finance management.
  • Strong knowledge in financial systems and risk management.
  • Excellent financial analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance qualifications preferred.
