About the Role

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Officer to join our team. This full-time position is an integral part of the Rooms Division, focusing on the smooth and efficient operation of the Reception. The role involves providing a consistent and high level of service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional staying experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and ensure they have an exceptional staying experience.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations is required.
• Candidates should ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• The role requires candidates to have 2-5 years of experience in total.
