As a leader in the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping, recreation, and laundry services. Your role is crucial in ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and up to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct operations to ensure cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage departmental costs and oversee expense controllability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints effectively.
  • Supervise staffing levels and ensure adequate training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Participate in inspections and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related area, or
  • A 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field without work experience.
