About the Role

Work Gateway is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role focuses specifically on recruitment within the construction industry, managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to interviewing candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes developing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, conducting thorough interviews and assessments, and managing the candidate pipeline to ensure timely hiring for construction-related roles.

Core Duties

• Sourcing candidates for construction industry roles.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Creating and updating job descriptions.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, specifically within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is considered a plus.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah Region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah.
