Job Responsibilities:
• Support the smooth running of the Human Resources Department by managing all areas of responsibility to the highest levels.
• Work collaboratively within a team to maximize guest service and enhance team experiences while addressing inquiries and resolving problems.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, professional execution.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives to help achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships, promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence to legislation and compliance with best practices through proper documentation and follow-up for audits.

Qualifications:
• While experience in HR is beneficial, it is not essential.
• A hands-on approach with a can-do style is essential.
• A commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality are key.
• Ability to take ownership of duties and find creative solutions.
• Strong personal integrity and the ability to excel in a demanding environment.
• Familiarity with IT systems across various platforms is advantageous.
