Providing legal support and advice to senior management and all company departments, protecting the company's interests and legal rights, ensuring its business, contracts, and procedures comply with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and representing the company before judicial, quasi-judicial, and governmental bodies when needed.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Systems, or Sharia

At least three years of practical experience in the field of advocacy or legal consulting.

Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and labor contracts.

Experience in commercial, labor, collection, and enforcement cases.

Good knowledge of company, labor, civil transaction, commercial court, and enforcement systems.
