At RASSCO | RAS SAUDI GROUP, we are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance in our Riyadh office. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with local laws and supporting our management team in making informed legal decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts and internal policies to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Support maintenance of corporate governance and adherence to Saudi regulations.
  • Handle labor law issues, employment disputes, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with external legal consultants as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Legal Advisor within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (ERP, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across multiple construction sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and material handling best practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with mega or infrastructure construction projects.
  • Certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Operations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with local and international material procurement standards.
