Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive legal advice on various corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and Islamic law (Sharia).

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian legal system, regulations, and Islamic law (Sharia).
• Familiarity with international business law and practices.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and databases.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
