Join Our Team as a Maintenance Engineer!
Are you ready to take on a vital role in the hospitality industry with Hilton? As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities, providing exceptional service to our guests and members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all maintenance issues within the hotel.
  • Perform daily checks around the hotel.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and maintained.
  • Develop and manage energy conservation programs.
  • Coordinate renovation projects and oversee subcontractors.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure employee training.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a management role is preferred.
  • First Aid training and vocational background in engineering are advantageous.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving productivity and process reliability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
