  • Identifying, isolating, and rectifying faults to restore assets to operational condition.
  • Applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when necessary to implement long-term solutions.
  • Utilizing Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and scheduling corrective maintenance accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve line availability and equipment readiness.
  • Follow and review the PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology (PEMM) improvement plan throughout the year.
  • Take overall responsibility for performing assigned work orders and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Solve technical problems and identify required actions and parts.
  • Execute maintenance schedules to maintain plant equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with AIB standards.
  • Update SAP PM and CM work orders statuses.
  • Identify the root causes of major and recurring problems.
  • Adhere to safety policies and ensure EHS management system standards are upheld.
  • Perform daily parameters reading and monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for improving production processes.
  • Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability Strategy.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering, coupled with a hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation controls. Familiarity with electrical safety standards, maintenance planning, and basic EHS systems is essential.

Experience:
At least 2 years of industrial experience is preferred. Desired competencies include being an analytical thinker, problem-solving ability, excellent collaboration, and communication skills.
