About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician at KONE, you will be pivotal in making people's lives easier. Your role will focus on delivering quality service, enhancing equipment safety and performance, and maintaining proactive onsite communication with customers and end-users.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and necessary repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and communicate site risks to supervisors.
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain service tools and equipment in excellent condition.

Requirements:
  • ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic IT and digital skills are preferred.
