About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist at Taibah Gifts, you will be responsible for managing a large number of social media accounts across various companies and projects. Your role will entail executing online marketing strategies, preparing technical proposals, and managing social media accounts effectively, all aimed at achieving results and engaging with clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor social media accounts for multiple companies, including content creation, post scheduling, and interaction with followers.
• Prepare technical proposals and price quotes for social media management and online marketing services.
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and boost customer engagement.
• Analyze data, measure campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for performance improvement.
• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable practical solutions.
• Stay updated with developments and trends in online marketing and social media, applying this knowledge in business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (at least three years) in managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage and oversee the publishing and marketing team with technical supervision over designs and clips.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt flexibly.
• Ability to understand upper management requirements and swiftly adapt to achieve objectives.
