About the Mechanical Maintenance Technician Role

شركة الحبيب للتجارة والتعهدات التجارية is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of mechanical systems, devices, and equipment.

Core Responsibilities

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be tasked with a range of duties focused on maintaining mechanical integrity and operational efficiency. This includes interpreting mechanical diagrams to understand system layouts and identify fault diagnosis procedures. A key aspect of the role involves diagnosing issues within mechanical systems, estimating the necessary materials and their costs, and overseeing their procurement. The technician will also be responsible for supervising repair processes and verifying the accuracy and performance of mechanical devices and equipment post-maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance and Reporting

A significant part of this position involves the proactive management of mechanical assets. The technician will oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, adhering to established schedules to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of equipment. Furthermore, the role requires diligent documentation, including the preparation, submission, and archival of comprehensive work reports detailing maintenance activities and findings.

Required Qualifications

• A Technical Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Certification from the Engineers Syndicate.

Experience and Work Details

Candidates are expected to possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance. This is a full-time position located in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
