Job Purpose:
This role is essential for applying basic mechanical skills to support maintenance and installation tasks while ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply basic mechanical skills to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems under supervision.
  • Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, identifying potential issues and reporting findings to senior staff.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems using standard diagnostic tools, executing basic repairs under guidance.
  • Set up new mechanical equipment following instructions to ensure proper installation.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment status, ensuring documentation is current.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing mechanical work, fostering a safe work environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects by providing input and participating in basic initiatives.

Education:
Technical High School or a Diploma in Facilities Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
