We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to oversee our catering team's daily operations and enhance our service delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the catering operations team for event service delivery.
  • Coordinate catering logistics including food preparation, transportation, set-up, and service execution.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to align with company standards.
  • Manage and train catering staff to ensure high performance and customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating catering events, working closely with clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events.
  • Review customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain operational reports on staff attendance, inventory usage, and event outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in catering operations or food service management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in catering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Flexible availability for catering events on weekends and holidays.
