In this pivotal role, you will lead our catering operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery for events and daily catering orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the catering operations team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate catering logistics including food preparation, transportation, setup, and service execution.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
  • Manage and train catering staff to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Oversee inventory management while minimizing waste.
