Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in alignment with cGMP and HSE standards.
  • Plan and allocate tasks to meet production goals.
  • Review and approve necessary documentation for production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the production areas.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science.
  • 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and managing production line performance.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
