About The Role:
This mid-level position involves executing processes, standards, and operational plans in Procurement. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out RFQs/RFPs and negotiation preparations.
  • Engaging with buyers for purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services.
  • Preparing purchase orders and payment approvals.
  • Contacting suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong vendor relationship management skills.
  • Experience with creating POs through SAP.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in construction or HVAC.
  • Experience with managing subcontractors.
