About the QC Senior Inspector Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Senior Inspector for a full-time position in Makkah, Makkah Region. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary focus of this position is to ensure that produced items meet required specifications through daily inspections.

Core Responsibilities

The QC Senior Inspector will be responsible for performing daily inspections in accordance with the established quality plan. This involves ensuring that all manufactured items adhere to the required specifications. The role requires a thorough understanding of the NFP business environment and objectives, enabling the interpretation and application of internal policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Organize and plan work activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
• Operate production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other applicable instructions.
• Test, inspect, and benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in QC labs.
• Utilize simple to complex lab equipment to assess performance against standard limits and engineering/procedural standards.
• Identify and address deviations from required specifications and standard limits.
• Use collected data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet specifications and standards.

Experience and Qualifications

This role is designed for individuals with minimal prior experience, specifically between 0 to 1 year. A foundational understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes is beneficial. The ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures is essential for success in this position.

Work Environment and Location
