Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect Raw Materials: Evaluate compliance with Saudi FDA regulations.

  • Sanitation and Equipment Checks: Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of kitchen tools.
  • Pest Control Management: Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise Waste Management: Oversee waste practices and subcontractor compliance.
  • Sub Kitchens Auditing: Conduct inspections and compile reports on compliance.
  • Internal Audits: Perform audits and document non-compliance trends.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
  • HACCP and ISO 22000 certifications recognized in Saudi Arabia.
  • 0-3 years of experience in quality control or food safety management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Saudi food safety regulations.
  • Proven training and compliance abilities.

  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of ZATCA VAT/WHT and relevant e-invoicing portals.
  • Strong systems experience with Oracle, SAP or MS Dynamics, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
