Join Al Jameel International Co. Ltd as a Quality Control Technician!
In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of beverage production. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operating DBC (Deaerator, Blender Carbonator, Paramix) machines and coordinating with various departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensuring correct materials are used in beverage production.
  • Conducting physio-chemical tests on materials and finished products.
  • Reporting abnormalities in process equipment and maintaining records.
  • Implementing Quality Systems and adhering to Food Safety guidelines (FSSC 22000, HACCP).
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and product development.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • * Degree in Food Tech, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Technician, preferably in the CSD or food industry.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
