Join Our Team as a Barista!
At Gibbs & Cox Australia, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and high-quality beverages. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while satisfying their coffee cravings.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Coffee and Beverages: Brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Also prepare other beverages like teas, smoothies, and cold brews, ensuring consistency in drink preparation.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and offer suggestions while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Address any customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of coffee machines, grinders, and work areas. Organize and restock supplies to keep the service area tidy.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management when supplies are low. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support team efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Previous service experience is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly responsible and reliable team player.
  • Focus on guest needs and maintain a positive attitude.
