Role Overview:
The Barista is responsible for preparing quality beverages, offering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Coffee and Beverages: Brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, and more. Make other beverages such as teas and smoothies while ensuring consistency in preparation.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and handle inquiries. Provide excellent service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean coffee machines and other equipment. Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in organizing deliveries.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
