About the Role:
As a Quality Specialist at Talemia, you will lead and supervise quality assurance initiatives in the city, collaborating with various departments under the guidance of the General Director. You will facilitate improvement initiatives to achieve the future vision, support stakeholders in meeting strategic goals, and enhance operational processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in strategic planning and setting main objectives for the city.
  • Lead and support improvement and development initiatives using proven quality management methodologies.
  • Develop, approve, and review city policies and procedures.
  • Provide change management support as needed to assist stakeholders with accepting changes.
  • Analyze and map out processes to streamline work mechanisms and improve outcomes.
  • Manage risks and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Select suitable performance standards and indicators that reflect outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and analyze performance based on established indicators.
  • Oversee the accreditation processes with local and international standards.
  • Ensure consistency and regulation of practices to enhance work quality and efficiency.
  • Be a reference for departments in established planning and quality improvement methodologies.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of total quality management principles.
  • High familiarity with achieving quality certifications relevant to the city.
  • ISO 9001 internal certification and risk management certification are required.
  • Excellent skills in monitoring and applying quality procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a medical-related specialty (or graduation from an accredited nursing school).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare experience with at least 3 years in quality, governance, or accreditation roles.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and clinical governance practices.
  • Proficiency with JCI, CBAHI, or other healthcare accreditation processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
