About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Receptionist to join its Hotels team in Makkah. Role Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for managing guest interactions at the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes. This position involves providing information about hotel services and local attractions, promoting amenities, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. The role requires a focus on operational efficiency and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role operates within the Hotels team at Hilton, contributing to the daily operations of guest services.
