Role Overview
This is a temporary, on-site role focusing on the recruitment of qualified medical staff for the Hajj season. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key part in sourcing and deploying healthcare professionals vital for Hajj medical missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (*, nurses, physicians, allied health) for Hajj missions
  • Manage high-volume recruitment processes within tight deadlines
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
  • Coordinate onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs for the Hajj season
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or mass hiring campaigns
  • Strong ability to manage recruitment under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience in seasonal staffing or Hajj projects is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
