As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing our organizational capacity.

As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing our organizational capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Perform preliminary candidate interviews and prepare recruitment recommendation reports in coordination with relevant departments.
- Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with various departments.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of the organizational structure based on operational needs.
- Prepare competency matrices and link them to jobs and career paths.
- Oversee performance management systems and ensure the completion of periodic evaluations, linking them to training initiatives.
- Assist in HR initiatives and contribute to the development and update of policies and procedural frameworks.
- Analyze training needs and develop training plans while monitoring the implementation of training programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and organizational development.
- Strong skills in job analysis and the preparation of organizational reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Competencies:
- Able to analyze organizational data and draw conclusions.
- Strong organizational skills and task management capabilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with different departments.
- Attention to detail in preparing documents and organizational reports.
- Ability to contribute to improving organizational processes and operations.
- Proficient in preparing organizational reports and presenting information and data systematically.
