This role involves providing essential support to the construction supervision team on all safety, health, and environmental matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE plans, programs, and reports.
  • Review contractors' safety submittals and conduct regular audits.
  • Organize and lead safety and quality meetings.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and prepare HSE metrics reports.
  • Provide technical support and training for safety performance.
  • Assist with Workers’ Compensation management and medical care coordination.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and safety management systems.
