Join Maaden as a Supervisor, Security – WLP & Hajar!
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified individual to oversee our security operations at Ateef, Makkah. You will play a crucial role in implementing our security plans and ensuring the safety of our facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise security staff and ensure effective implementation of security procedures.
  • Conduct trainings for security staff on protocols and emergency response.
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal management and external agencies.
  • Ensure proper access control and conduct regular inspections of the facility.

Qualifications:
We require candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline along with at least 7 years of security experience, ideally in an industrial environment. Advanced proficiency in English and experience with security systems is essential. A background in military or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
