Join Hilton as a Security Supervisor!

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members, and visitors at the hotel. Your responsibilities will encompass constant vigilance of hotel operations, overseeing the Security Team, and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor activity on and around the hotel premises and document incidents.
  • Recommend improvements for surveillance and security systems.
  • Train and supervise the Security Team, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Conduct briefings with the Security Team regularly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous security experience, preferably in environments with high foot traffic.
  • Current knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong personal presentation.
