About the Role
Bayut KSA, a leading real estate portal in Saudi Arabia and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its real estate team in Jeddah and Makkah. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in the real estate sector by selling real estate units, understanding client needs, delivering presentations, and closing deals. Bayut aims to provide an optimal online search experience for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell residential and commercial properties from the company's inventory.
- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a professional network to enhance business opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide clients with accurate market information.
- Ensure clients are informed about available properties, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to stay updated on their real estate needs and offer ongoing support.
- Deliver presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize potential investments.
- Facilitate the timely closing of real estate transactions, ensuring all required documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
