About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Consultant to join our real estate team, focusing on Sakani and residential housing projects. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets through both direct and indirect channels, building strong relationships with brokers and clients, and accelerating the sales cycle across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for government-supported housing projects (*, Sakani / NHC programs).
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong network of brokers, real estate marketers, and sales partners.
  • Conduct direct sales activities, including client meetings, property tours, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining high conversion rates from leads to sales.
  • Manage and promote property inventory in alignment with sales plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey through to deal closure.
  • Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, events, and field activities related to housing projects.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience that drives satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in government-supported housing projects (*, Sakani / NHC programs).
  • Strong understanding of housing programs and real estate financing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Established network of brokers and real estate agents is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and on-site.

Position Summary

  • Special Investigations: Lead ad-hoc investigations or forensic audits into financial misconduct, forged documentation, or internal control failures as required.
  • Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of management action plans to ensure that identified risks are mitigated within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus. Additional certifications (CISA, CRMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing, preferably with a background in 'Big 4' firms or large diversified conglomerates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and local regulatory requirements (*, SOCPA or specific industry mandates).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
