Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closed sales.
  • Maintain daily customer calls and conduct market visits.
  • Employ a consultative approach to assist clients in aligning their business objectives with Bayut’s advertising solutions.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for sustainable growth.
  • Present tailored sales and marketing solutions to clients, maximizing their return on investment.
  • Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs.
  • Report on sales activity and market intelligence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in sales within the internet advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong understanding of housing programs and real estate financing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Established network of brokers and real estate agents is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and on-site.
