Join Our Team as a Fleet Sales Consultant!
At Aljabr Rent a Car, we take pride in delivering market-leading standards in the rental car industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated Fleet Sales Consultant who will play a crucial role in expanding our leasing business.

Responsibilities:
  • Seek out new customers and promote our leasing business.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and finalize the documentation required to close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide necessary information to customers regarding our services.
  • Handle all field sales responsibilities.
  • Generate and submit weekly reports on customer visits and sales status.
  • Prepare calculations and quotations, obtaining required approvals.
  • Cooperate with Sales Administrator for all necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationals only.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in car rental or leasing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in government-supported housing projects (*, Sakani / NHC programs).
  • Strong understanding of housing programs and real estate financing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Established network of brokers and real estate agents is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and on-site.
