About the Role
OMEGA SA is seeking a client-focused Sales Executive to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to providing an exceptional luxury shopping experience that reflects OMEGA's heritage, precision, innovation, and craftsmanship. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and representing the OMEGA brand through expert service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall boutique sales objectives.
- Deliver a high-quality luxury customer service experience throughout the client journey.
- Utilize storytelling to communicate OMEGA's heritage, innovations, collections, and product craftsmanship.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
- Promote specific product categories, new collections, and business priorities to drive sales.
- Support the achievement of key boutique performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and manage a comprehensive client portfolio.
- Conduct timely and professional follow-ups on client inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after-sales requests.
- Maintain accurate client records within designated CRM systems.
- Participate in clienteling activities, customer events, and loyalty initiatives.
- Generate repeat business through proactive relationship management.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the OMEGA brand.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OMEGA products, brand heritage, technological innovations, and brand values.
- Maintain grooming and personal presentation in accordance with brand standards.
- Support the execution of product launches, boutique events, and marketing activations.
- Ensure proper handling, presentation, and security of merchandise.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inter-boutique transfers, and inventory management.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to operational, security, and cash-handling procedures.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, operational concerns, or client feedback to management.
- Support the implementation of OMEGA's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure displays, showcases, and product presentations are maintained.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the boutique.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming boutique atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve boutique objectives and foster a positive team environment.
- Participate in daily briefings, training programs, and sales meetings.
- Share feedback, client insights, and suggestions with the team and management.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and luxury retail skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, watches, jewelry, fashion, or the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for luxury retail and customer experiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

Work Environment and Context
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the Boutique Manager, Assistant Boutique Manager, boutique team, and internal Brand Managers and Operations Teams. External relationships include clients, VIP customers, mall management, and event partners.
